How to Consciously Exercise your Intuition

Every single woman on this planet has intuition and the ability to listen to it.

BUT not a lot of people know how to listen to it… Or, what to even do with what they are hearing. The more you consciously exercise your intuition, the sharper and more obvious it will be.

Not sure where to start?
Here are 3 of my favourite ways to get access to your intuition.

1 Listen
No surprises here. You can’t hear your intuition if you’re not listening. Slow down. If you *could* hear your inner guidance right now, what is it telling you?

2 Trust what your gut says
Have you ever been in a situation where something felt off even though you couldn’t put your finger on what it was? You don’t need to know why you feel called to do (or not do) something. You do need to trust there is an invisible intelligence that communicates with you, and it is felt within your body.

3️ Feel
The difference between the chatter in your mind and your intuition is your intuition has a distinct feel to it. There is a stillness to it. A slowness to it. A knowingness to it. Its wisdom runs deep in your body. If you want to get great at hearing your intuition, tune in, drop-in, FEEL. Pay attention: what are you being shown? And what are you going to do about it?

Be willing to take guided action, see things differently…

AND most importantly…

Reconnect with your inner wisdom.
